Refund and Returns Policy

At artisticshopsy, we want you to love what you ordered. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Because we specialize in curated fashion, please review our guidelines for returns and refunds below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Free from any scents (perfume, detergent) or stains (makeup, deodorant).

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at huiyishop@outlook.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. The reason for the return (and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect).

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the package without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or the garment is damaged upon arrival, artisticshopsy will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits.

  • Earrings or hair accessories.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

PayPal Purchase Protection

Since we exclusively use PayPal, our customers also benefit from PayPal’s Purchase Protection. If there is an issue with your order that we cannot resolve directly, you have the peace of mind knowing you can utilize PayPal’s dispute resolution system.
